Unboxing Instructions

Thank you for ordering from Joey’s Houseplants! We’re excited for you to meet your new plant. Please take a moment to unpack it gently.

How to unbox your plant

1. Stand the package upright. Keep the plant upright as you begin opening it.
2. Remove the bubble wrap. Cut the tape holding the bubble wrap together, or carefully cut down the bubble wrap itself. Keep the scissors or blade close to the wrap’s surface, and don’t cut deeply enough to reach the plant. Gently lift the wrap away.
3. Open the paper sleeve. Beneath the bubble wrap, you’ll find a paper sleeve. Carefully cut the sleeve, keeping scissors or a blade away from the leaves, stems, and pot. Remove the sleeve slowly.

A little loose soil is normal. Soil can shift during transit, and you may find some in the packaging. You can gently settle loose soil back into the pot.
