2. Can my plant be returned? What if there is an issue?

No Returns: We do not offer returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please hold onto the plant, packaging, pot, and soil.

Claim Process: Contact us immediately, and we will need pictures of the damaged plant and packaging to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Replacement: Once the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement plant for free. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will ensure you receive a healthy plant.
3. How do I know my plant will arrive safely?
